Beginning 2009, I am adding new services to my practice. I currently
offer Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage and
One-On-One Yoga Sessions. Also, I have added Hot Stone Therapy to my
practice! Now I will be including aromatherapy and paraffin wax hand
treatments to all of my massages if the client requests them.
I have been studying and teaching yoga for over 12 years. I love to
hear the reasons of how and why each person comes to try yoga. For
example, some may feel that they are "getting older" and
less flexible, others may wish to relieve back or neck pain, or many
may want to simply want to find a stress-free way to exercise their
body and mind.
I was the massage therapist for the Gary Barnett-coached Northwestern
football team during their mid-1990s Rose Bowl seasons. Therefore, I
know that yoga helps you excel in your favorite sport!
Hot Stone Therapy is such a natural addition to my massage practice. I
appreciate the benefits of hot packs, but the use of stones to
incorporate pressure points and deep heat into your massage therapy
session is wonderful!
I'll be keeping you up-to-date on these exciting new additions to my practice!!
